València in Spain

Valencia, Spain

About València region

Valencia is an autonomous region of Spain. The capital is Valencia, a city of culture of the highest European rank. The city is located on the Mediterranean Sea and the province has a coastline that is 518 km long.

About an hour south of Valencia you will find the jewel Moraira. A unique little coastal village, with cozy bays and good restaurants. The surroundings are greener here, the roads are more winding and the houses consist mostly of picturesque luxury villas that open to the Mediterranean. Simply a hidden treasure of beauty and sumptuous nature. This is "mainland Mallorca", but without the feeling that tourism has taken over.

This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and charming places in Spain. The dramatic mountains meet green valleys filled with orange, olive and almond groves - and then stop down on the Mediterranean Sea and the endless stretch of coastline marked by beaches and fascinating coves. The temperature is mild, averaging 28 degrees in August and 14 degrees in January and here there is so-called Microclimate, where the annual average temperature is 18 degrees.  Moraira is just an hour's drive from two international airports, Alicante and Valencia. The communications are thus very good.

Just in Moraira is our lovely villa, in the most luxurious area of El Portet, within walking distance to the cozy bathing bay of the same name. A number of restaurants, as well as shopping facilities, are conveniently located.

The area has been recognized as the healthiest region to live on by the World Health Organization. WHO, World Health Organization. The constant low humidity and about 320 days of sunshine per year contribute to this.
