3 quick questions:
1. You receive a lot of praise from our customers for the houses and apartments that you decorate. But what does it really look like at your house?
‘Haha, good question. To be honest, I put most of my energy into my clients’ projects. There is not much time left for your own house when the work week is over. But I mostly focus on classic furniture and interior details, things that last over time. Not so much trending. Lighting is something I focus on. When we built our house 15 years ago, I had long since decided that I wanted luminaires from a specific Italian supplier. For us, the lights were expensive but I opted out of other things to be able to buy them. I still enjoy the lighting today!’
2. What do you do when you’re not traveling or working with Fivecation?
‘I try to make the most of my time with family and our three children as much as possible. The children are interested in sports so there will be some runs to trainings, competitions and matches around the country. I really enjoy being in nature with my dog and hanging out with friends.’
3. What is the best thing about working with Fivecation?
‘To be able to be involved in making people’s dreams of holiday homes abroad come true – that’s big!’
